Per-SKU settings

SKU configuration tunes how inventory is read and when stockout anomalies trigger. It's an operations setting — admins and operators can edit it; viewers cannot.

Reorder point / threshold

The stock level below which a SKU is treated as low and can raise a stockout anomaly.

SKU label

A human-friendly name shown across inventory and anomalies instead of the raw SKU code.
