Encrypted backups roll off within 90 days of the production purge, after which the data is unrecoverable.
We strongly recommend exporting any data you want to keep before deleting. The app provides one-click CSV exports for orders, shipments, ad spend and customers.
If you can't access the app or want us to handle it on your behalf:

Retained data is access-controlled, encrypted, and used only for the specific reason listed. It is purged as soon as the legal requirement expires.
