How quickly will I hear back?+
We aim to respond within 1 business day on business days. Security reports are triaged within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Do you offer a free trial?+
Yes — sign up at /signup. No credit card required. You can connect Shopify in around 30 seconds and explore the dashboard with your own data.
Which platforms does HydraScale integrate with?+
Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Drive, Gmail, Triple Whale, euShipments and Brevo today. Our pipeline is documented on the homepage; if you need a different platform, email us and we'll prioritise based on demand.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, tenants are isolated at the database layer, and OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. See /security for the full picture.
How do I cancel or delete my data?+
Cancel any time in Settings → Billing. To delete your data, follow the steps at /data-deletion or email privacy@hydrascale.io.
Do you offer a DPA (Data Processing Agreement)?+
Yes — email legal@hydrascale.io and we'll send our standard DPA. We can sign SCCs where required.
