Affiliate Program Terms

1. Eligibility
Anyone with a HydraScale account may join the affiliate program. We may decline or remove any participant at our discretion, including for the conduct described below. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and to receive payments in your jurisdiction.
2. Your referral link & codes
On joining you receive a unique referral link (and optionally a discount code). You may share it through your own channels — content, newsletters, communities, direct messages and client recommendations. You may not bid on HydraScale trademarks in paid search, impersonate HydraScale, or present yourself as an employee or official representative.
3. Commissions
You earn a recurring commission of 50%–60% (depending on your volume tier) on the pre-tax subscription amount of each business you refer, for as long as that business remains subscribed. Commission is calculated in EUR. Your rate for a given referral is locked in at signup — a later tier change never reduces it. Free trials do not earn; commission begins on the referral's first paid invoice.
4. Attribution
A referral is credited to you when a new business signs up through your link (a 14-day tracking cookie applies) or applies your discount code at checkout. One affiliate is credited per referred business — the first valid attribution wins. You may not refer yourself, organisations you control, or existing HydraScale customers, and you may not generate signups through incentivised, misleading or automated means.
5. Payments
Commissions are paid via Stripe to a connected payout account you set up from your dashboard. Earnings are held for 14 days (covering the refund window) before they become withdrawable, and are payable once your withdrawable balance reaches the €25 minimum. A refunded, disputed or charged-back payment reverses the related commission. You are a Stripe Standard account holder and are solely responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
6. Prohibited conduct
No spam, no misleading or false claims about HydraScale, no self-referrals or referrals of organisations you control, no coupon-/cookie-stuffing, no automated or incentivised signups, and no bidding on our brand terms. Violations may result in withheld commissions and removal from the program.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, and withhold or reverse commissions associated with conduct that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent. You may leave the program at any time; unpaid commissions earned in good faith remain payable subject to these terms.
8. Changes
We may update the program and these terms (including commission rates) from time to time. Rate changes apply only to new referrals — existing referrals keep the rate locked in at their signup.
9. No partnership; liability
Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship. To the extent permitted by law, SIMEX LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the program, and total liability is limited to commissions actually owed to you.
